Check-in is after 2pm on your day of arrival, however should you arrive earlier luggage storage is available and you are welcome to use the hotel facilities.

Check-ins after 9pm are by arrangement only. Please contact us before your stay so we can make make arrangements for a late check-in.

Check-out is before 10am on your day of departure. Should you require a later check-out, please contact Reception on the morning of your departure. Please note, late check-outs are subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

By booking direct with us or third-party, you will require to present your vaccination passport.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and We Chat Pay (For our Chinese Visitors)

A charge of 1.75% will be applied to all credit card payments made at Beechtree Motel and a charge of 2% applies to all WeChat transactions. Debit cards will not be charged unless the card is not available at the time of payment or it is an international Debit Card requiring the use of the Credit Function to process. Payments by cash or EFTPOS do not incur transaction fees. You are entitled to change your payment method on check-out to cash or EFTPOS to avoid these fees.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Credit Card details are required at the time of making a booking to secure the reservation. All accounts are paid on arrival (during busy times this payment made be made 48 hours prior to arrival).

We accept credit cards. Payment may be made by:

• Cash
• Eftpos
• Visa or Mastercard.

A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total charge will be charged for cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival. A no show fee equal to the total value of the accommodation will be charged for accommodation not taken up and where no cancellation is received within 48 hours of arrival. In the event of non-payment the Beechtree Motel reserves the right to charge the guarantors credit card (supplied at the time of booking).

N.B. A 30 Day Cancellation Policy applies to all Scheduled Event Weekend bookings – Including – Cycle Challenge (Nov), Iron Man (Mar), Summer Concert (Jan or Feb).
